2.2 Jurisdiction. The vjl platform is intended for use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vjl complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. vjl makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Verification. vjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use vjl: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from vjl or any other gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of vjl and its affiliated entities; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) vjl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. vjl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Ownership. Your vjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.4 Account Approval. vjl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
4.2 You must notify vjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. vjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to such notification.
4.3 vjl will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from vjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.4 vjl recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. vjl aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform. vjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of verification procedures.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as maximum transaction limits, are as published on the vjl platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.5 No Cryptocurrency. vjl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or process cryptocurrency withdrawals. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will not be credited to your account.
5.6 No Credit Card Gambling Deposits. In compliance with Philippine regulations, vjl does not accept credit card funding for gambling accounts.
6.1 vjl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 vjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected abuse of any promotional offer, vjl may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
7.1 All bets placed on vjl are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are published on the platform and form part of these Terms.
7.2 vjl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, and bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
7.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, vjl's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
7.4 vjl reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any player, game, or market at its sole discretion.

9.1 All content on the vjl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design — is the property of vjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vjl platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any vjl content.
9.3 The vjl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of vjl. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of vjl.
10.1 vjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at vjl.asia/privacy- policy.
10.2 By using the vjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you must not use the vjl platform.
10.3 vjl implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and vjl cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.
10.4 vjl may share your personal data with third-party service providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or where necessary to provide the vjl service. vjl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vjl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 vjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 vjl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vjl will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vjl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 Closure by You. You may close your vjl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.2 Suspension or Closure by vjl. vjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) vjl is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) vjl reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account; or (d) vjl decides to discontinue its services.
13.3 Upon termination for breach, vjl reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity.
13.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vjl platform shall first be submitted to vjl's customer support team for informal resolution. vjl will endeavor to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 vjl operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.1 vjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vjl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the vjl platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the vjl platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
